InfraWatch is a full-stack prototype for Indian municipal corporations. It connects satellite-image violation detection, SLA triage, officer dispatch, enforcement notice drafting, audit logs, and a public citizen-reporting portal.
The AI layer uses Gemini vision for structured detection and legal notice generation, with fallback logic for quota failures. The app is honest about being a hackathon prototype, not a validated government deployment.

01 — Problem
The Challenge
Manual building inspection cannot keep pace with urban construction. The prototype frames the problem around Bengaluru-scale monitoring, long detection-to-notice delays, and the need for auditable enforcement workflows.
02 — Approach
How It Was Built
React, Vite, Leaflet, and PWA features power the frontend, while Node.js and Express serve auth, analytics, violation, citizen report, and AI routes. Gemini analyzes imagery and drafts notices; Groq fallback protects the flow during quota failures.
03 — Results
What It Achieved
The demo includes role-based access, 214 seeded violation cases, city scan workflows, crisis SLA banners, AI insight panels, statutory notice drafts, and a public reporting path that feeds into the same enforcement queue.
